Diane
Diane has a Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy from City of Oxford College and is a Level 1 & 2 ASA certified Swim Instructor.

Diane was a member of the Metropolitan Police Service for 25 years and represented them in triathlon from 2008. She has an extensive sporting background including running, Olympic and Iron distance triathlons in the UK, USA and North Africa.
Diane is also an experienced pool and marathon distance open water swimmer and successfully swam the English Channel, as part of a four person relay, in June 2017 in a time of 15 hours 38 minutes. She then completed a further crossing in August 2018.
She has completed several marathon swims including the Jubilee River 10k and the Henley Marathon 14k swim which takes place in the River Thames each year.
Nick
A former officer in the Metropolitan Police, Nick qualified as a Physical Training Instructor in 1996 then went on to certify with Premier Training as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist. In 1997 he completed the Advanced Sports Massage course with the Fellowship of Sports Massage Therapists and The Advanced Therapy course at Oxford.
Nick has been in private practice as a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist for 18 years treating a wide range of clients from the non sporting to international level competitors.
He is a qualified Personal Trainer specialising in Exercise Therapy for rehabilitation, has certification in Dry Needling, and is qualified to Level 3 (sport) in Kinesio Taping.
His sporting background began in road running at all distances from 5k to marathon. He has represented Great Britain as an age grouper at the Duathlon World Championships in both the USA and Belgium and currently races Triathlons at Olympic, half Iron and Iron distances.
